This four week workshop is designed for you who:
want to learn how to work with colors
need inspiration and courage to follow your intuition
want to delve into texture and push your boundaries
want to convey storytelling through photography
Whether you are a professional or an amateur you will get a lot out of this workshop, but you will need to put your heart into it. The more you invest of yourself in these four weeks, the more you will harvest.

*All Zoom sessions will be recorded and made available to view for participants on a privat login platform during the workshop period. You will also have the chance to learn from Cooper & Gorfer´s feedback to all the other participants as well. A great learning opportunity which we highly recommend.
You will get access to short videos with tips on how to find the right light for portrait photography, success and failures when shooting and understanding the importance of finding a good location. Additionally a closed Facebook group will be available where you get advice, can share images as well as get feedback and ideas from the other participants.
Cooper & Gorfer comprises the artists Sarah Cooper from the US and Nina Gorfer from Austria. They are storytellers of the highest level, masters of color and work by heart.
The artist duo investigate different cultures and myths with great curiosity. Based on the stories and lives of the women they meet and collaborate with, Sarah and Nina s explore issues of memory, migration, dislocation, and the malleability of identity. The artist duo are known for their distinctive hybrid portraits.
