Welcome to Meet World Photographers ("Meet") Terms and Conditions. We are honored to give you access to the Meet platform (the "Service") and by joining Meet you agree to the following terms and conditions. The content is online products only access and you will be able to access it as long as you are an active participant.
PAYMENT POLICY
The payment details for your online product are available to you in your account. The payment is done when you sign up for an online product. All payments are made through the payment method Stripe. Changes to you credit/debit card can be made in your account. In the event that Meet are unable to charge your account as authorized by you when signing up for a product, this will result in cancellation of your purchase. We do not refund unused product periods.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Money back guarantee. If you for some reason are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a refund within the first 30 days after the initial purchase. Refunds are not available for customers later than 30 days after the initial purchase and Meet will only refund you one time, regardless of how many times you sign up for a membership. To request a refund, send an email to hello@meetworldphotographers.com with details of why you are not satisfied with your membership. Refunds are not available for customers who have violated the Meet Terms and Conditions.
You may cancel your membership at any time, but if you cancel before the end of your current membership period, we will not refund any membership fees already paid to us. The monthly fee will remain the same as long as you are a member. If you cancel, you may re-enroll in the future for the then-current membership price which might be higher.
Follow the instructions for membership cancellation on the settings page of your account.
1. Log into your customer account.
2. Click Account, then click Membership.
3. Click the member area you want to cancel your membership to.
4. If you have remaining payments: click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.
5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
If you cancel the membership, you will keep access to all content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, the account fully expires. You will still have access to your account, but navigation links to members-only content won't display. All requests for cancellation will be processed immediately and you will be removed from the membership content, mailing list, priority list to field and online workshops and member only Instagram account when cancellation is processed.
LIMITATION ON USE
You are not allowed to collect or use information from Meet that can identify individuals (for example by collecting usernames or avatars/profile pictures) unless each individual has given you permission to do so. Furthermore, you are not allowed to distribute promotions or advertising material to persons who have not requested to receive such material or to send unsolicited commercial communication or mass petitions (spam).
Meet is based on honesty, respect, and fairness. It is a place for sharing knowledge. If you infringe any of our values or the intellectual property rights of others, or otherwise infringe these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your membership without advance notice or correspondence. Only sign up for a membership if you respect others and our values.

All rights are protected. It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, translate create derivative works or modify, distribute, publish, upload, post, transmit, sell, exploit, in any way or medium (including email or other electronic means) or modify any material found on meetworldphotographers.com websites and portals. All products are protected by copyright.
The product is given for personal, non-commercial use, and for one person only. You are not allowed to use the product or the materials available in a manner that constitutes a violation of our rights, or in a manner that has not been authorized by Meet World Photographers.
You buy access to the member space content during the membership period. You may not provide another person with your username and password to your membership account, and you may never use another member’s account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure. You agree to notify Meet World Photographers immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security by sending an email to hello@meetworldphotographers.com.
Duplication, sharing, or uploading of product files for sharing on websites is considered stealing, and will be reported and prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted by law. Meet World Photographers may revoke your membership at any time. If so, you must destroy all content downloaded or obtained through your membership including all copies.
You are solely responsible for all video, images, information, data, text, software, music, sound, graphics, messages, or other materials that you upload, post, publish or display or email or otherwise use via your membership and you must make sure that you have all necessary rights to upload, post, publish or display such material. Any content we find offending will be removed and your account will be terminated. If you are under 18 years old, you may become a member but only with the approval of your parent or guardian. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorized to become a member.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any of the parties' liability for death or personal injury, fraud, false representations, or liability which may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meet is not responsible for;
1. losses not caused by breach of this agreement by Meet;
2. any loss or damage that, at the time this agreement was entered into between Meet and you, was not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of this agreement by Meet;
3. content submitted by users, or defamatory, offensive, or illegal behavior by users.
Third party links
The Service may contain links to third party websites or web services which are neither owned nor controlled by Meet. Meet has no control over - and assumes no responsibility for, such sites and web services. Please note when leaving the Service. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party sites and services you visit.
MISCELLANEOUS
Choice Of Law
In the event of a dispute between you and Meet World Photographers, the parties will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. These Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable arrangement agreement, are governed by the laws of Norway. You agree to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts situated in Oslo, Norway.
Changes
Meet World Photographers may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Meet makes substantial changes, you will be notified in advance via the email address you have provided and will be given a reasonable time to review the changes, except if Meet adds a new product or function to the Service. It is your responsibility to review them frequently. If you do not accept the new terms and conditions, you must remove any content you may have uploaded to the Service and cancel your membership.
Severability
If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is not enforceable, it will not affect any other terms.
No waiver
Failure by either party to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions will not waive that right.
